Job Description

• Develop, implement and oversee quality management systems (ISO9001 QMS) and procedures
• Involve in new project and transfer project qualification activities
• Responsible on Inspection Instruction preparation, first article inspection, capability study, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate nonconforming product control and failure analysis and follow-up corrective and improvement plan
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations
• Compile Quality report and lead the internal and customer quality review meeting
