Production Planning Executive

Success is a public listed manufacturer of power transformers and LED lighting products in Malaysia, with a strong workforce of roughly 500 employees working in our headquarters in Kota Damansara. We are one of the largest lighting suppliers in Malaysia as we market our products locally and export globally. Duties and Responsibilities

• Confirm delivery date and verify availability of resources by referring to the ERP system or physical stock.
• Create and maintain production schedules based on incoming orders, inventory levels and production capacity.
• Daily production planning to ensure sufficient manpower and material supply.
• Issue and distribute job order to relevant departments.
• Prepare weekly production planning.
• Control and monitor raw material supply.
• Prepare monthly raw material planning stock list and plan accordingly for purchase.
• Coordinate with other departments on lead times, scheduling and incoming date for raw materials.
• Prepare relevant ISO documentation as required.
• Coordinate with Document Control Officer on QEMS issues.
• Prepare timely production and other performance indices reports.
• Prepare weekly stock list for production and other monthly documentation as instructed.
• Other ad-hoc functions as required.
