Responsibilities

• To ensure that the Kitchen is managed efficiently
• To assist the Chef on duty with food pick-up, delivery and storage
• Performs basic food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by the Chef according to the outlet’s food preparation standard and procedures
• Always learn and strive to improve on the menu knowledge, food preparation, cooking method, presentations and maintain consistency at work
• To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement; ensure stock is controlled, dated and rotated to minimize kitchen wastage / spoilage
