We are currently looking for individuals with excellent customer service, able to multitask and turn enquiry into business. We want someone who can ensure fast and efficient response to all reservation channels, while ensuring the accuracy of room availability and reservation records.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and accurate responses to reservations across channels.
- Maintain accurate room availability and reservation records.
- Support MARCOM activities as part of the marketing team.
Qualifications
Education : Certificate or Higher Education in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field.Language : Proficiency in English; local language may be required.Experience : Relevant work experience in hotel operations is an advantage.Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to multitask; revenue-driven mindset; pleasant personality.What we offer
