Join ResMed and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of healthcare technology! We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support our Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team, to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Let's Talk About the Role :

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and coordinating projects that enable our GSA function to operate at its best. You’ll :

Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of projects within GSA.
Ensure projects comply with ResMed’s project management framework and IT delivery requirements.
Prepare essential project documentation such as business cases, project plans, and updates.
Track project performance, identify risks or issues, and communicate them to stakeholders for timely resolution.
Conduct regular status meetings and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.
Use project management tools (including Jira) to monitor and report on execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project implementation methodologies and best practices.
Support change management and training initiatives to drive user adoption.

Let's Talk About You :

Required :

Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office Suite).

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience working in a multinational environment with exposure to cross-functional teams.
