Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Project Manager to lead and manage IT service delivery and solution implementation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills to successfully manage internal teams, external vendors, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IT service projects, including implementation, cloud migration, system integration, and support services.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning in alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor and control project performance, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring strong and professional communication at all times.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to ensure minimal impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), internal quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Conduct post-project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
