RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain the bank book, ensuring accounts receivable and payable are recorded accurately and up-to-date.
• Prepare payments for overseas and local creditors.
• Issue official receipts for overseas customers once payments are received in our foreign currency account.
• Verify all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Prepare statements for overseas and local debtors.
• Perform any other related duties as required by management.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as instructed by superiors.
