Support Fleet leadership in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment
Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within SPX Express
Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across SPX Express
Conduct data analyzes on Fleet performance (e.g. vs target, attrition, cost savings) to develop insights and offer recommendations for optimization (such as recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement)
Facilitate and manage relationships with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess and negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency
Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain)
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution
Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
4 years of experience in management consulting and / or project management is preferred
