Job Description
- Analyzed business requirements, assessed change impacts, and prepared comprehensive test plans and environment setups to ensure readiness for execution.
- Designed and reviewed detailed test cases / scripts using tools such as ALM, JIRA, BrowserStack, and Katalon, collaborating with SIT and UAT users for validation.
- Executed functional and regression tests, logged and tracked defects with proper documentation, and supported timely resolution through effective communication with stakeholders.
- Adhered to defined QA processes, accurately assigned defect severity, and contributed to continuous improvement of testing practices across projects.
- Coordinated multiple test requests simultaneously, provided progress updates to QA leadership, and supported UAT testers while facilitating cross-team defect discussions.
