If you’re a sharp SEO mind who wants to move beyond routine audits and boring reporting, this is your battleground.

Responsibilities

Become the Sherlock Holmes of SEO : conduct deep-dive technical, content, and backlink audits with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others; diagnose issues and present crystal-clear, actionable strategies.
Engineer the Architecture of Success : design and optimize site structure, internal linking, and international SEO; work with developers to ensure a flawless, fast, and dominant technical SEO foundation.
Build Digital Fortresses, Not Just Links : oversee link outreach and content development campaigns; analyze competitor backlink profiles to build a moat of authority for our clients.
Be the Guardian of Google\'s Gates : monitor crawling, indexing, and performance; identify issues and implement solutions rather than just flagging them.
Translate Data into Dollars : track and report on KPIs in Google Analytics and Search Console; focus on optimizations that improve qualified organic traffic and drive business growth.
Write the SEO Bible for our clients : develop authoritative guidance and a holistic SEO strategy that clients can follow with confidence.

What You’ll Be : The Specialist’s Code

2-3+ years of deep SEO experience; familiarity with Google updates and how to navigate them.

Proficiency with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and other industry tools; able to extract maximum insights.

Strong communication with technical teams; understand CMS limitations and cloud hosting environments; able to implement recommendations correctly the first time.

Deep, practical understanding of international SEO and the ability to build a global strategy from the ground up.

Proven track record of driving measurable results; able to point to traffic growth and explain the impact.

Lifelong learner who stays on the bleeding edge of SEO and treats algorithm updates as opportunities.

Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written communication skills; able to explain complex SEO concepts to clients clearly.
