Creative Lead ( game themes / iGaming )

Interpret business requirements and creative briefs, translating them into innovative and visually compelling game concepts and brand visuals.

Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the company’s product vision and positioning in the iGaming space.

Lead end-to-end creation of game narratives, themes, and features—ensuring strong storytelling and visual coherence.

Take ownership of the creative direction and output quality across all game and marketing deliverables.

Pitch and present creative ideas with clarity and confidence to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Supervise and inspire a team of Game Artists, and Animators; provide constructive feedback and mentorship to drive creative excellence.

Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion while managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

Hire, onboard, and develop creative team members to build a high-performing, collaborative department.

Set clear standards for creative output and ensure alignment with deadlines and brand objectives.

Act as a bridge between creative, design, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Collaborate with stakeholders across department to support feature development, promotional campaigns, and creative storytelling.

Ask smart questions, take creative risks, and champion fresh ideas while maintaining focus on quality and consistency.

Job Requirements

Candidate must have at least 7+ years of creative experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Due to the demand of client end based in China / HK).

Strong preference for candidates with experience in iGaming, game development, or creative agencies with a gaming portfolio.

Proven ability to lead concept development for game themes, UI / UX design, and marketing assets.

Strong storytelling, visual direction, and presentation skills—able to pitch ideas clearly and effectively.

Experience managing creative teams and balancing multiple fast-moving projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of inspiring teams and aligning stakeholders.

Passion for games and a solid grasp of iGaming trends, player behaviors, and theme preferences. Bonus : Familiarity with regulatory considerations and creative compliance for online gaming markets.
