What would you do? Drive team adoption of scalable architectures and patterns such as MVVMC, VIPER, modularization, SDK integration, Dependency Injection (DI), and SOLID principles. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. Develop and maintain the iOS SDK, following clean code and maintainability best practices. Optimise app build time especially for local development and release build. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, taking ownership of complex functionalities. Translate UI / UX designs and wireframes into efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure application performance, stability, and responsiveness across different iOS devices and OS versions. Implement unit and integration testing, and write high-quality code that aligns with industry best practices. Troubleshoot, identify, and hotfix bugs promptly. Stay updated on the latest iOS features from WWDC, development trends, tools, and practices, and lead continuous improvements in the development process. Mentor and guide iOS developers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Who should join us? Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experiences : Minimum of 8+ years of experience developing iOS applications. Strong understanding of advanced Swift programming concepts and design patterns. In-depth knowledge of the iOS SDK, architecture components, and best practices. Experience with designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for mobile applications. Experience with integrating with APIs and third-party libraries. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest) and integration testing tools. Experience with version control systems (Git) and code review processes. Experience with continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD) pipelines. Experience leading and mentoring junior developers. Skills : Proficiency in Swift with the ability to write clean, maintainable code. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with Xcode and other relevant development tools (e.g., CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager). Experience with asynchronous programming techniques (e.g., Combine, Grand Central Dispatch). Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Personality : Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile applications. A positive attitude with a passion for learning and professional growth. Assertive, driven individual with a strong sense of urgency. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
