Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Cook specializing in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
- Handle daily food preparation and duties assigned by the manager.
- Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Estimate daily production needs and ensure the quality of raw and cooked food products.
- Maintain full awareness of menu items, recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Requirements :
Experience in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese cuisine.Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with good communication skills.Job Type : Full-time
