Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Provide professional massage therapy services (e.g., traditional, aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, etc.) based on clients' needs.
- Assess clients' physical condition and preferences to recommend appropriate massage techniques.
- Ensure a comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.
- Manage appointment schedules and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Suggest wellness practices, relaxation techniques, or aftercare advice to clients when necessary.
- Keep massage equipment, linens, and oils well-stocked and properly maintained.
- Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and positive representation of the spa / wellness center.

Working Hours : 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM ( 5.5 days per week )
