Job Requirements

We're looking for passionate teachers to join our expanding team for the English subject

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fields. (SPM / IGCSE holders with strong results & passion in teaching may be considered.)
  • Languages : Good command of English. Mandarin-speaking ability is a strong advantage (many of our students prefer Mandarin for learning).
  • Experience : At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
  • Personality : Passionate, energetic, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Commitment : Able to conduct on-site physical classes in Balakong.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that make learning exciting.
  • Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans with creativity.
  • Work closely with fellow teachers to design courses, workshops, and activities.
  • Monitor students' progress and provide academic support.
  • Maintain strong classroom management with a positive, fun learning atmosphere.
  • Use digital tools and modern teaching methods effectively.
  • Inspire students with patience, empathy, and encouragement.
  • Be involved in projects that expand beyond the classroom — we grow together
