The Finance Manager role in the Banking industry requires expertise in banking and financial services to manage and oversee financial operations effectively. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to lead financial strategies and processes to ensure business success.

The hiring company operates within the Buanking industry and is a medium-sized organization. They focus on delivering exceptional financial and operational services to clients, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of their work.

Description

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategies.
  • Manage and optimize cash flow and financial resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organization's assets.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have :

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are preferred.
  • Experience from BIG 4 OR BIG 10 with exposure to banking / FI clients. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
