We’re looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Fund Services Ops Collective Investment Services (CIS) Operations Senior Manager (Internal Job Title : Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager - C13), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you’ll manage a team or department that processes orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight

• Lead day-to-day CIS operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of fund subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements across all processes.
