Overview

Develop proposals, focal point between internal stakeholders and clients. Compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer. Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices. Application of Bank Guarantee / Bid Bonds. Interacting with customers for tender clarifications. Coordinate and collaborate across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop proposals, act as focal point between internal stakeholders and clients.
Compile and submit required tender documentation; ensure timely, high-quality, optimized response to the customer.
Contribute to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices.
Apply Bank Guarantee / Bid Bonds.
Interact with customers for tender clarifications.
Coordinate and collaborate across multiple functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies)

Years of experience : 0 – 5 Years

Soft Skills : Good command of computer

Tools or Software (Required) : MS Office, Salesforce

Education Qualifications : High school, diploma or any technical degree.

Industry Background or Experience (Required) : Preferably Oil and Gas (field and workshop)

Rotation / Work Schedule : 5 days work week / Monday – to Friday / 8AM-5PM

Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop) : Office base
