Proposal Analyst - SEA (KL)

Industry Background or Experience (Required) : Preferably Oil and Gas (field and workshop) Important Keywords to be in the CV : Proposal, Tenders, Contracts, Proposal Analyst Good communication skills, strong oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and also a good team player Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly Rotation / Work Schedule : 5 days work week / Monday – to Friday / 8AM-5PM Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop) : Office base Will the worker be working at a customer's facility? No Number of positions needs to be filled : 1 Languages Required & Proficiency Level : Good Command of English (Spoken and Written) Does the candidate need to be currently in the role country? Yes Candidate should be available to join before : ASAP Working Conditions - describe the physical environment / conditions the worker will be working in : Deadlines. Overview
Develop proposals, focal point between internal stakeholders and clients. Compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer. Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices. Application of Bank Guarantee / Bid Bonds. Interacting with customers for tender clarifications. Coordinate and collaborate across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop proposals, act as focal point between internal stakeholders and clients.
- Compile and submit required tender documentation; ensure timely, high-quality, optimized response to the customer.
- Contribute to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices.
- Apply Bank Guarantee / Bid Bonds.
- Interact with customers for tender clarifications.
- Coordinate and collaborate across multiple functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
