Job Purpose
To support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing strategic priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and driving the execution of key initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement Facilitation : Support the CEO and Managing Director in fostering strong relationships with key partners through regular engagements, strategic dialogues, and collaborative efforts. Partnership Performance Enhancement : Strengthen existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration, resolving challenges, and ensuring mutual value creation. Collaborative Project Management : Coordinate and monitor joint initiatives with partners, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Strategic Initiative Support : Track and report on the progress of strategic projects led by the CEO, ensuring alignment with defined timelines and objectives. Execution of CEO’s Agenda : Align daily tasks with the CEO’s strategic goals, ensuring effective execution of priorities and initiatives. Board and Executive Reporting : Prepare high-quality, accurate, and insightful reports for the CEO and Board of Directors, maintaining a professional standard. Operational Excellence : Respond promptly and accurately to tasks assigned by the CEO, demonstrating agility and precision in execution. Event and Communication Management : Ensure CEO-related events are well-organized and meet stakeholder expectations. Deliver clear, impactful internal communications aligned with the CEO’s directives. Execute ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification or candidacy is highly desirable. 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate, administrative, or coordination roles. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong internship or leadership experience may be considered.
