Job Overview
The Co-Seller Lead will use their Managed Services knowledge to support client sellers during the sales lifecycle, provide product expertise, create proposals, and co-pitch with customers from a technical perspective. They will also lead and support a team of Co-Sellers, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while fostering a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of co-sellers to achieve sales targets.
- Support sales activities, conduct sales conversations, and articulate products and differentiators.
- Translate business problems into technology solutions.
- Collaborate with client sales teams to understand challenges and propose products.
- Identify future needs and align with product suite.
- Provide specifications for solution definition, management, and delivery.
- Stay current with technology trends and innovations.
- Influence technology direction through solid analysis.
- Advocate for customer satisfaction and high NPS.
- Drive efforts to improve customer experience with the client’s portfolio.
- Ensure timely responses and best solutions for customer requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with the client’s Sales team / Account Manager.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations with business contacts.
Skills and Competencies
2-3 years of experience in Sales, pre-sales, or related role with knowledge of M365 features, ITIL processes, and technical account exposure.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.High degree of independence and proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.Generate innovative ideas and challenge status quo.Project management training and experience is a plus.Passion for technology and market trends.Confidence in making technical and business decisions.Education
BS / BA degree with technology background strongly preferred.Certifications
