Job Brief

As a Strategy Analyst, you will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping and operationalizing Wahed's strategic direction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework - ensuring that our high-level vision is translated into actionable, measurable outcomes. This role will provide broad exposure across all aspects of the business- including Product, Growth, Operations, and Finance - and serve as a unique launchpad for a future high impact role within Wahed.

Job Description

• Develop and Oversee Company-Wide Strategy

Design, implement, and manage OKRs across all departments.

Record, track, and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs.

Work closely with the CEO, preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership.

Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team.
