The Project Manager is responsible for planning and driving the successful execution of hospital-related projects, particularly those involving clinical and administrative applications, infrastructure upgrades, or / and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures alignment with healthcare strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements in collaboration with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of milestones within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals, IT, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure stakeholder needs are met and clinical workflows are supported.
  • Risk & Compliance Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to patient safety, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Methodology & Optimization : Continuously improve project delivery through adoption of healthcare-specific methodologies, agile practices, and resource optimization.
  • Framework Adherence : Ensure projects follow hospital governance frameworks, PMO standards, and industry best practices for healthcare tech and infrastructure.

This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, communicate solutions clearly, and deliver outcomes that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Working in a collaborative hospital environment, the Project Manager is well-versed in agile and hybrid methodologies, project management tools and healthcare tech practices. A foundational understanding of hospital systems architecture (such as EMR, PACS, LIS) and clinical workflows is essential to effectively engage with technical and clinical teams, anticipate challenges, and ensure solutions meet performance, usability, and reliability standards.
