Qualifications
- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
- Ability to follow client's instructions closely
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client
- B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with other required languages
- Able to work from home on a permanent basis
Responsibilities
Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers to understand and communicate to each otherHandling telephone or video calls on demand and render the meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of EnglishProcess information quickly and concisely, recognize sensitive cultural differences, and be always professional and courteousThe interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
