Overview
The Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and promotional activities that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales objectives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize marketing events such as food fairs, roadshows, pop-up booths, sampling activities, product launches or any internal company events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare event budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency.
Coordinate the preparation, packing, and inventory of promotional items, event props, and sample products.
Support the marketing department in daily operations, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
