Job Responsibility

Operations, Fulfilment & Logistics

  • Manage daily order processing and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement or replenishment when required.
  • Assist in logistics planning for stock, including receiving, organising, and arranging storage efficiently.
  • Maintain packaging supply levels and prepare stock for fulfilment and delivery.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Prepare accurate operational reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status and enquiries.
  • Support other operational tasks and assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by management.

Marketing Support & Live Hosting

  • Support or host live selling sessions or product showcases on social media platforms (Facebook Live, TikTok Live) to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Respond to customer comments and questions during live sessions, escalating complex issues to the relevant team.
  • Support promotions and marketing campaign execution as instructed by the marketing team.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Experience in stock management or logistics support is an advantage.
  • Confident and engaging personality with live hosting experience (Facebook Live, TikTok Live, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
