Since founding Aihome, I've always believed that great retail begins with passionate people who love what they do. That's why we're looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Crew to join our team, drive sales, and deliver service excellence.

What You'll Do :

  • Achieve Sales Targets : Proactively engage with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales to drive revenue.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience : Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend tailored smart home solutions.
  • Showcase Smart Home Automation : Educate customers about our products, explain benefits, and inspire them with possibilities of a smarter lifestyle.
  • Maintain Store Standards : Ensure displays, shelves, and demo units are always attractive, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Handle Promotions & Campaigns : Support in-store events, product launches, and promotions to maximize footfall and conversions.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell : Recommend complementary products and solutions that enhance customer purchases.
  • Build Customer Relationships : Provide after-sales support and create loyalty by ensuring customers feel valued and cared for.
  • Collaborate with Team : Work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to hit collective goals and maintain smooth store operations.

Who We're Looking For :

  • SPM / Diploma in any field — fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Retail or sales experience is an advantage, especially in consumer electronics or smart home products.
  • Passionate about technology, smart home innovations, and helping people improve their lifestyles.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service driven.
  • Sales-oriented with confidence in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
