Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the executive
- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support teams with various administrative tasks
- Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients
- Sort and process both incoming and outgoing mails
- Deal with client complaints and issues
- Collects and updates information to maintain departmental records, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office
- Process end-of-day reports
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
