Public Relation Executive (Customer Service)
As part of our commitment to service excellence, we’re hiring a PR professional to manage external and internal communications.
Job Duties :
Responsible to develop the corporate image of the hospital.
Responsible to develop the hospital image including internal / external notification for public consumption such as signage / notice board / upkeep of hospital surrounding.
Responsible to arrange & participate in internal curricular activities.
To ensure all customers feedback and requirements are dealt with efficiently and confidentially.
To handle all internal and external, verbal or written complaints
To coordinate and work closely for any arising matters highlighted by the customer.
Responsible for all in-patients & out-patients feedback forms, collate and analyze data.
Managing the gathering, documentation, analyzing and monitoring customer’s feedback.
Prepare reports and findings on monthly basis and present during monthly Quality meeting.
Job Requirements :
Minimum three (3) year working experience
Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or Public Relation
