Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Oracle Consultant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM). Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle ERP / Cloud modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure solution quality.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, test scripts).
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve system or process issues.
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
