The AR Analyst will manage accounts receivable processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Description

  • Manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and invoicing queries.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AR function.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

Profile

A successful AR Analyst should have :

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
