We are looking for an experienced Safety & Security Manager to join Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara and lead the security department. The role focuses on enforcing safety and security requirements for guests, associates and the property, in a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities must be managed hands-on across hotel operations. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the security department. Ensure safety and security requirements for guests, associates and the property are enforced at all times. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and lend expertise across other hotel departments. Collaborate with Hyatt House and Hyatt Place hotels within the region as part of a growing Asia Pacific portfolio. Qualifications

Demonstrate passion and proven results in safety and security; experience in leading a security team to achieve success. Previous hotel experience with properties or serviced residences with over 200 rooms preferred. Degree or Diploma in Tourism or Business. Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; extra languages are a plus. Wide network of contacts within Malaysian security services ( Kuala Lumpur area ). Strong working experience with building fire life safety systems, safety protocols and equipment. Details
