Provide on-site technical support for new-paste qualifications and line optimization, ensuring customers achieve maximum cell efficiency and yield. Key Responsibilities

Lead pilot runs and ramp-up support at customer sites. Diagnose and solve process issues related to screen-printing, firing, and paste performance. Translate customer feedback into clear action plans for internal R&D and sales teams. Train customer engineers and operators on best practices. Maintain accurate technical reports and customer visit logs. Requirements

Education : Diploma or bachelor’s in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field. Experience : 3–8 years in a PV cell production or paste technical-support role; hands-on expertise in screen-printing processes and metallization pastes is essential. Languages : Fluent English (spoken & written); conversational Mandarin is a plus. Mobility : Willing to travel 20–30 % of the year, including short assignments in India, the US, and ASEAN countries.
