Regularly check and verify stock in / out to ensure quantities tally with system records.

Prepare and update daily sales administration reports for the Branch Head and HQ superior.

Assist the sales team with stock arrangement and order coordination.

Handle sales documentation including invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.

Ensure proper maintenance and good condition of company assets (vehicles, buildings, and other properties).

Manage and ensure accurate cash collection and submission.

Work closely with the sales team to support smooth daily operations.

Provide general administrative support to branch operations.

Requirements :

SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Candidates with or without relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word & Excel.

Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively internally & externally.

Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
