Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Â Defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, allocating resources, and estimating timelines.
• Team Leadership : Â Assembling and managing a cross-functional project team, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and fostering collaboration.
• Risk Management : Â Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may arise.
• Budget Management : Â Tracking project expenditures, managing costs, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
• Communication : Â Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication channels.
• Technical Expertise : Â Understanding IT systems, architectures, and technologies relevant to the project, ensuring technical feasibility and quality.
• Quality Assurance : Â Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards and specifications
• Stakeholder Management : Â Building relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations, and aligning project objectives with business needs.
• Reporting : Â Preparing project status reports, providing key performance indicators, and presenting updates to management.
