Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Freelance Data Entry Specialists to join our growing remote team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across multiple platforms with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data in internal databases and CRM systems accurately and efficiently

Review data for discrepancies or errors and resolve them promptly

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information

Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

Communicate with team leads regarding data inconsistencies or required updates

Meet daily or weekly productivity targets

Follow company protocols and data entry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy)

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently

Strong time-management and organizational skills

A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop / PC

Good command of English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

Experience

No prior experience required – full training will be provided

Experience in data entry, admin support, or similar roles is an advantage

Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Flexible working hours – choose your own schedule

Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week

Weekend availability is a bonus but not mandatory
