  • ✅ Full training provided — learn our exact scripts and objection-handling techniques.
  • Hours : Wed–Sun or Fri–Tue (5-day week) | 10am–7pm weekdays, 9am–6pm Sunday | Fully remote

What You'll Do

  • Call warm inbound leads to schedule counselling appointments.
  • Follow up persistently until appointments are confirmed and attended.
  • Secure payment and lock in time slots with our counsellors.
  • Own the full lead journey from first enquiry through to programme enrolment.
  • Track and improve your conversion rates weekly.

    • What We Need

  • 2+ years in sales , appointment setting, or customer success.
  • Self-driven , you work independently and hit targets without hand-holding.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Own a computer + Android phone with eSIM (we provide eSIM card).
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales conversations.
