Penerangan pekerjaanWarmly welcome and guide customers through our dessert menu Share and promote our latest specials or ongoing promotions Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system Recommend signature desserts and drinks to enhance the dining experience and support upselling Communicate with warmth and positivity, maintaining excellent customer service standards Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and order coordination Anticipate and fulfil customer needs promptly Maintain good grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times Assist in inventory management and stock checks Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Take on cross-training opportunities and additional tasks when required Report any feedback, suggestions, or issues to the supervisor promptly
Salary : Based on experience Experience : Barista or café experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! No experience? No problem — full training will be provided.Location 1 : IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, Location 2 : Desa Sri Hartamas Location 3 : Pavilion Bukit Bintang
