Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Manage and optimize preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior technicians to build a skilled, motivated team.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee inventory of spare parts and tools, and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Requirements :

Professional Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Maintenance Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing environment.

Strong skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
