In-house Telesales Executive (Normal Working hours / Banday Sunway / Telco)

Overtime

Incentive- upon achieve KPI

Working Hours & Days :

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (Weekend & PH off)

Job Scope :

  • Perform outgoing calls to perform cross-sell or up-sell.
  • Promote recent promotions to customers and convince for subscription.
  • Follow-up calls to customers who request time to consider the offer.
  • Achieve monthly sales KPI.

Job Requirement :

  • SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in any related studies
  • At least 1 year of telesales related experience in a call center
  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be adding advantages
  • Willing to work in shift hours
