Penerangan pekerjaanProvide more time to stores for goods to arrange or make changes Keep the showroom clean at all times Record details of sales for future plans and effect contacts with promising customers Work with the designers for sales paraphernalia to enhance updated information useful to customers. Involve in pricing policy and ensure that all prices of products on display are updated immediately through the replacement of Barcode stickers with no delay Attend to customers' complaints promptly Keep accurate bills, payments, receipts for references and accounting Information helpful to other departments must be released to them for future planning Subject to the approval of the management, changes to standard policy can be instituted To work towards achieving budgeted sales To provide feedback to Management on improvements such as displays, catalogues etc. To collect negative remarks from customers for changes and improvement To work closely with stores for replenishments Mandatory to assist the manager whenever called upon for assistance. At least a pass in SPM Can speak few languages notably English, Bahasa and Mandarin Preferably 2 years of retail sales Possess a friendly nature English (Preferred)
Responsibilities

- Review the display with emphasis on the cosmetics and easy accessibility.
- Knowledge of products necessary.
- Good promotional aptitude.
- Pleasant at all times and maintain good posture when attending to customers.
- Work closely with store for replenishments.
