Lead the end-to-end naming and branding process for identified projects.

Ensure naming conventions reflect Sunway’s values and global best practices.

Develop guidelines for consistent application of names / logos across all touchpoints.

2. Strategic Branding & Communications

Craft compelling narratives to position identified projects as world-class destinations.

Oversee brand campaigns, media releases, and storytelling initiatives.

Align branding with Sunway Group’s corporate identity and long-term brand vision.

3. Stakeholder & Media Engagement

Build strong relationships with community leaders, media, government stakeholders, and industry partners.

Champion brand advocacy initiatives that elevate public trust and recognition.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless campaign execution.

4. Content & Visibility Management

Ensure consistent brand presence across social, digital, traditional, and on-site platforms.

Monitor brand perception and public sentiment, adjusting strategies proactively.

Curate impactful launch events, naming ceremonies, and community engagement programs.

5. Insights & Continuous Improvement

Conduct benchmarking and market research to refine naming and branding strategies.

Leverage data, trends, and feedback to ensure brand positioning remains future-ready.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related fields.

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, or place / venue marketing.

Proven track record in naming, legacy branding, or managing high-profile projects.

Experience in property, cultural / arts, sports, or lifestyle branding preferred.

Strong expertise in strategic branding and legacy storytelling.

Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Solid background in media relations and public relations.

Proficiency in content development and digital brand strategy.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Possession of own transport is required.
