Penerangan pekerjaanDefine and execute the overall procurement and logistics strategy in alignment with company objectives and program timelines. Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation for UAV components, avionics, payloads, and ground-support systems. Oversee import / export operations, customs compliance, and logistics coordination with international suppliers and freight forwarders. Establish and maintain robust procurement processes, documentation standards, and ERP data accuracy (Odoo or equivalent). Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, and cost trends; implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure procurement planning supports R&D and production schedules. Manage inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and material flow for assembly and testing operations. Build and mentor a high-performing procurement and logistics team, fostering accountability and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and aviation authority requirements (CAAM, EASA, FAA, MCMC, SIRIM, etc.) corporate governance, export control, and quality management standards applicable to the aviation sector. Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of critical spare parts while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, OEMs, MROs, and logistics providers.
