Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Quality tasks for audit purposes
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality
  • Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps
  • Cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure moderation quality is up to standard
  • Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent education / experience, advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst
  • You are a fast learner, good communicator and proficient in English and Mandarin since the role will oversee China market
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Content Moderation / Content Quality / Content Safety / Labeling will be an added advantage
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work independently
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills
