Data Migration Lead (Indonesia Support)

Overview

Lead the data migration analysis, create migration strategy and plan. Work with data owners, business owners, architects, application teams and integration lead to understand requirements and define the data migration strategy. Assess build efforts and propose the most cost-effective, fastest and reusable data migration model for regional implementation. Manage the entire data migration delivery from source to target.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data migration analysis, create migration strategy and plan.
• Collaborate with data owners, business owners, architects, application teams and integration lead to understand requirements and define the data migration strategy.
• Assess build efforts and propose a cost-effective, fastest, and reusable data migration model for regional deployment.
• Manage the entire data migration delivery from source to target.
• Articulate problem statements and propose effective solutions and recommendations for management decisions.
• Provide progress updates and highlight risks and issues to key stakeholders and project / program managers.
• Manage the scope and schedule of the data migration project.
• Coordinate with other architects to ensure all components meet objectives and performance goals; identify cross-area or cross-release issues affecting other areas of the project.
• Demonstrate high data integrity, accuracy, security and quality by applying data mapping, validation, cleansing, reconciliation and testing strategies.
