Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in food manufacturing. Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Halal, and MESTI standards. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Fluent in English and BM; Mandarin an advantage.
Procurement Executive (Food Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
- Plan, source, and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and lead time.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production to ensure sufficient stock and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain and update Approved Supplier List (ASL) in line with FSSC 22000 / ISO 9001 / Halal / MESTI standards.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and compliance checks.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor market trends and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with QA / QC, Production, and Finance on material quality, cost, and payment matters.
