Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our growing retail makeup brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a positive and collaborative attitude, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging visual displays that drive sales and brand identity.

You will play a key role in developing and executing visual merchandising concepts, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute visual merchandising displays for retail outlets and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors / agencies for execution of display setups and campaign rollouts.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are upheld across outlets.
• Prepare VM proposals and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Provide strategic input on visual presentation and customer experience enhancement.
• Manage VM materials, props, and inventory efficiently.
• Travel occasionally to outstation locations for campaign setups (travel and accommodation expenses claimable).
