About the role

We are seeking a Client & Sales Administrator to join our team at A.I.S Industrial Supply Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. This full-time role is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring seamless client interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional client service
  • Processing sales orders, invoices, and other documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating customer information in the system
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotation and issue DO
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products and service.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a client service or sales administration role, preferably in the industrial supply or a similar industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to learn new thing
