Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role. This role will be responsible in providing support for IT related tasks / issues and implementing any project or process initiative to ensure continuity and enhanced services to clients. The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to, the following :
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- IT Support :
- Troubleshoot any IT related issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team’s IT-related issues and external IT service providers.
- Set up and maintain remote desktop access for team members.
- Manage office IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
- Ensure proper data security and user access management.
- Lead IT system enhancement projects.
- AI and Automation Implementation / Support
- Implement AI initiatives to improve operational services.
- Drive new AI projects, including (but not limited to) chatbot, voicebot, claim system, dashboard and automated response systems etc through coding and programming (if required).
- Develop automation solutions to streamline operational processes and workflows.
- Operational Support
- Develop and maintain operational workflows and supporting documents.
- Facilitate and document regular operations meetings if required.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist clients in hospitals with registration, payment, and other support as needed if required.
- Reporting and Data Management :
- Track and report on key operational performance metrics.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems.
- Compliance and others :
- Be responsible for data security, information security and BCP compliance
- Monitor and manage email communications and case management systems.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Practical experience with AI / automation projects (chatbot, voicebot, workflow automation, or similar) is an advantage.Exposure to healthcare, service, or operations management environments is an advantage.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Technical Skills
Familiarity with AI / ML tools, chatbot frameworks, and automation platforms.Proficiency in IT system setup, remote desktop support, and managing software / hardware assets.Understanding of data security, information security, and BCP standards.Soft Skills
Good communication skills, able to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision.How to Apply :
