Job Responsibilities :
- Professionally manage the CRM system to track and analyze customer interactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly through CRM channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up effectively via CRM tools.
- Manage after-sales service requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen member relationships by utilizing CRM data and insights.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, integrating CRM strategies to enhance effectiveness.
