Purpose of the Role : The Telesales role drives revenue growth through proactive outbound calling and lead conversion. You will engage potential customers—primarily clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers—by phone to promote targeted products and services. The role requires persuasive communication, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to build trust, address objections, and close sales. Success contributes to expanding market reach, sustaining sales momentum, and supporting community wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed metric targets : achieve the maximum number of 1st purchase customers through eZRx+ Marketplace (MARKET).
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on curated lead lists and campaign targets. Present product benefits clearly and persuasively, tailored to the needs of clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Daily reporting : provide timely updates and insights to the marketing team for performance tracking and strategy refinement.
  • Execute the commercial strategy with assigned customers to meet the objective of eZRx+ & MARKET adoption.
  • Increase eZRx+ & MARKET adoption by promoting, communicating, and presenting marketing programs to drive new customer conversion.
  • Plan and manage weekly / monthly work schedules with the Marketing Lead to enable efficient execution and achieve coverage and frequency targets (quantity & quality) while delivering customer-centric activities within budget.
  • Participate in other company and team marketing activities.
  • Continuous improvement on the functional core competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the local industry’s code of conduct to conduct business with integrity.
  • Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values in day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.
